License and Certification
Fairfax Surgical Center is in compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and we are equipped to treat the handicapped. We are fully certified and licensed by both the state of Virginia and the Medicare program. Additionally, Fairfax Surgical Center has been awarded it's Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
